Part-time Court Officer Position Available

Part time Court Officer

Qualifications

Prior experience in law enforcement, corrections, court officer or security preferred
Possess a NYS Firearms License, and pass a background check
Effective and positive communication with the public, law enforcement and court staff
Be able to direct individuals in a polite assertive manner
Must be able to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Thank you to everyone who attended the Town of New Windsor Free Drive thru Rabies Clinic on Saturday, May 6^th. It was a lot of fun and we had a great turnout. The Town Clerk, Kelly Allegra, & Animal Controller Officer, Stacy Conley, would like to thank all of the volunteers who came out to help and made this event a huge success !

Memorial Day Remembrance - Sunday May 21, 2023

Sunday, May 21st, 2023

Join us for a Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at the Veterans Monument on the corner of Route 94 and Route 9w at 10:30 AM.

Then honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, cheer on our veterans, local Fire Departments, EMS, Police Department, School Bands, and many other organizations marching in the parade along Route 94.

Parade step off is 2 PM from the New Windsor Post Office and will continue down RT 94 to New Windsor School.

2023 Farmers Market - Dates and Information

2023 Farmers Market begins Saturday, May 13th!

Since last year's Farmers Market was a success, the Town of New Windsor decided to bring it back for 2023, and this time for an entire season! Join the Town of New Windsor for our Farmers Market on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM at the New Windsor Town Hall Complex, located at 555 Union Ave. Don't miss your chance to buy fruit, vegetables, and other specialty food or wares!

Note: The Farmers market will only meet once in May, and then twice a month for the remaining season.
2023 Dates: May 13, June 3, June 17, July 8, July 22, August 5, August 26, September 9, September 23, October 7, October 21
