Membership Pricing:
Memberships are valid for 1 year and must be renewed annually. The membership renewal date is March 1st. (valid from March 1st until the end of February of the following year).

$10 New Windsor Senior Residents (60+ years)
$10 Veterans
$90 Non- New Windsor Residents
To obtain a membership and Key Fob, please visit the Town Clerk's office. If you are a New Windsor resident, your dog must be licensed in the Town of New Windsor (Click HERE for dog licensing information). If you are not a New Windsor resident, please bring proof of your local dog license and rabies vaccination.
