The Information Technology Department is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of all techonolgy infrastructure. The IT Department provides a comprehensive range of services, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and infrastructure development.

The IT Department maintains 24x7 emergency coverage for all technology assets for the Town of New Windsor. The department also provides assistance to twenty neighboring Orange County municipalities in establishing and maintaining their own Information Technology needs.
