All who wish to attend should, however, check the Town’s website and Facebook page prior to the meeting for updates as to whether this meeting will be held in-person, which may be necessary if the Governor’s Executive Orders are lifted. If the meeting is to be held in person, it will be conducted at Town Hall, 555 Union Ave., New Windsor, NY 12553 at 7:00 p.m. All applicable social distancing guidelines and practices will be followed and anyone attending must wear an appropriate face covering. The hearing will be held on March 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., however, due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 and in accord with Executive Orders issued by the Governor of the State of New York, the Town intends to conduct this hearing remotely, with board members participating via videoconferencing technology from various locations. Please check the Town’s website and Facebook page prior to the Public Hearing for updates, which may be necessary due to a lifting of the Governor’s Executive Orders.
