Comptroller's Office

The Comptroller’s Office is responsible for accounting and financial management of the Town. Its primary functions include accounting, financial management, non-utility revenues, accounts payable, payroll, budget preparation, and financial analysis. It also has direct and/or indirect administrative responsibilities for certain aspects of insurance, employee benefits and other functions as assigned.
