Please use the below link to access our online water account payment system.  Water customers can view their bills and pay any bills that are due. There is no charge to view your account and bill, however to pay via credit card there is a convienanance fee that will be displayed prior to your payment.  This is based on your total bill.

All charges will appear as "Town of New Windsor" on your credit card statement. All questions or correspondence can be directed to the Receiver of Taxes office via the contact us box on this page.
