15 July Proposed Local Law: Change in Spruce St Parking July 15, 2025 By Patrick Mangan General 0 Section 280-8(A) of the Vehicles and Traffic Law of the Town of New Windsor, prohibits the parking of vehicles on certain designated streets. Section 280-8(A)is hereby amended as follows: (86) Spruce Street: No parking along the western shoulder of Spruce Street, for a distance of 372 feet from the southern boundary line of 222 Spruce Street and terminating at the northern boundary line of 222 Parkway Drive.
