Related Articles Holiday Food Drive Donations - Drop off at Town Hall Councilwoman Sylvia Santiago & Town Clerk Patricia Clarino visited the St. Marianne Cope Outreach Program on Tuesday, November 4th, and observed that they were in desperate need of donations, especially with the Holiday season approaching. We made the decision to help support their Holiday Food Drive by collecting donations here at New Windsor Town Hall. Any help you can give to support New Windsor, Cornwall and Newburgh families would be greatly appreciated. Hydrant Flushing: November 17-25 Please see the attached notice from our water department. They will be flushing certain hydrants between November 17 and November 25. During this time water customers may experience small windows of low water pressure or water discoloration. Town Offices Closure & Refuse Pickup Changes for Thanksgiving Town offices will be closed 11/28 & 11/29 for Thanksgiving. Refuse normally picked up on Thursday will be picked up on Wednesday, 11/27. Refuse normally picked up on Friday will be picked up on Monday, 12/2.
