New Phone System Installation at Town Offices

On Thursday, March 12 at 12pm the Town will be switching all town phone numbers to an updated phone system town wide. We are anticipating minimal disruptions to normal business. For our emergency lines, we expect this update to only take a moment.

Our priority will be our police, fire and ambulance phones and getting them fully online at the time of the switch over. In the event there is any delay during the changeover reaching the New Windsor Police Department (565-7000), Vails Gate Fire Department (561-2020) or New Windsor Ambulance (565-3320) emergency numbers, please utilize 911 for emergencies. 911 service is not affected by this changeover.

There may be a slight delay in reaching other non-emergency town departments via phone until our IT staff can get to each office. Please be patient and utilize email if needed. Town Hall will be open normal hours as well.
